Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

All returns must be submitted through our official Returns Portal. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without submitting a request through the portal will not be accepted.

 

Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

  • Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned
  • Underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. All items must meet our general return conditions.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund

  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable
