DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW PRODUCT IS DONE WITH GREAT CARE AT THE UPF OFFICIAL.
For your convenience, we ship using Australia Post, DHL Express, FedEx, UPS and other trusted carriers anywhere within Australia and for international orders. We make our best efforts to deliver products within 6 to 10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process, however, delivery to Western Australia, Far-North Queensland and Northern Territory may require additional 2-4 days delivery time.
Don't worry if you're not home when your order arrives, A card will be left at your address by the delivery service, advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your parcel will then be available to be collected at your local post office or designated pickup point.

All express orders are shipped via Australia Post and DHL Express, we also partner with other reliable carriers depending on your location and package requirements. Express shipping applies to the shipping service, while order processing follows our standard timeframes before dispatch.

We proudly ship worldwide using a network of trusted international carriers. Delivery times and available options may vary depending on your destination. Once dispatched, your parcel will include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
