Absolutely who doesn’t love free shipping? Here's how it works:
Australia: Free Standard Shipping on orders of AUD $165 or more
New Zealand: Free Standard Shipping on orders of AUD $165 or more
Rest of the World: Free Standard Shipping on orders of AUD $250 or more
Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), orders placed outside of these days will be dispatched the next available business day.
However, during peak times and sale periods there can be delays due to the high volume of orders we receive. Due to the high volume, shipping delays of up to 2-5 business days may occur. After your order confirmation, your will receive order confirmation email with tracking link.

Yes, Express options are available at checkout for both domestic and international orders.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order details and your tracking information. You will be able to check the status of your order as it makes its way to you.
In the unusual circumstance that you do not receive a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number, please contact our Client Services team.

UPF OFFICIAL is not responsible for duties, customs or taxes imposed by your country. If you refuse to pay the customs fee and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
On rare occasions, the Customs department may dispose of your package instead of returning it. If this happens, our team will be unable to reship or refund your order.

Yes, we ship both domestically within Australia and internationally to customers around the globe. We strive to provide excellent shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. At checkout, you can choose between standard and express shipping options, with prices displayed before completing your purchase.

Return & Refund
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can start a return within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Use our Return Portal to start a return. Just enter your order number and email to begin.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
We cannot accept returns with signs of wear, deodorant marks, fragrance or damage.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Socks (opened or removed from packaging)
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Items purchased as part of bundle deals or value offers
Items purchased as part of a bundled promotion cannot be refunded individually.
However, we can offer:
- Exchange for another item of equal value
- Exchange for a higher-value item (additional payment required)
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, a credit/refund will be issued for the price difference (minus 25%)
Products Care
For optimal longevity, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold
- Gentle cycle
- Wash dark colours separately
- Do not bleach
- Avoid fabric softeners on technical garments
- Air dry or tumble dry low
- Cool iron only when necessary
Premium fabrics age better with gentle care, treat them softly and they’ll last season after season.
To extend the life of technical swim and sport fibres:
- Rinse after contact with saltwater or chlorine
- Wash cold
- Avoid wringing or twisting
- Dry flat in the shade
- Avoid rough surfaces that can snag fabric
Proper care helps maintain stretch, colour and comfort.
To maintain the shape and quality of your garments, store them folded in a cool, dry space.
For heavier items like hoodies or knitwear, folding is preferred over hanging to prevent stretching.
Avoid overcrowding your wardrobe as premium fabrics benefit from airflow and minimal pressure.

An account is not absolutely necessary, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns and shop faster next time.
Once an order is placed, we aim to process it quickly, and cancellations are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped or processed yet. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. Our team will assist you in canceling the order if it's within our processing window.However, if your order is already on its way, we are unable to cancel it. You may still return it, provided it meets our Returns & Refund Policy.
